Irakli

Irakli Park is a legally protected area with an established campsite, located near the village of Emona and just 9 kilometers from the town of Obzor. Despite the presence of a designated camping area supported by various institutions, the park remains well-known for its pristine nature, clean environment, and serenity—qualities rarely found elsewhere along the Bulgarian coastline.

Because it is situated away from major resorts like Sunny Beach and Golden Sands, and lacks prominent infrastructure, Irakli mainly attracts people who seek peace and natural surroundings rather than luxury. The bay boasts a wide beach strip stretching over 3 kilometers all the way to Cape Emine.

The beaches here are clean and sandy (not rocky), and the area is also popular with nudists. Irakli continues to be a favorite for nature lovers and those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the commercialized seaside resorts.
